Abstract

The Construction Expense Index (IKK) of 2018 is the price index
which describes the level of expensiveness of a construction sector
district / city compared to the reference city (Semarang City).
IKK data obtained from the results of the Construction Cost Price Survey
specifically building / construction materials, heavy equipment rental, and construction service fees
which is carried out in all districts / cities in Indonesia. Data calculated
based on quarterly price data for July 2017, October 2017, January 2018,
and April 2018. Weigh diagram of IKK calculation using Bill of data
Quantity (BoQ) and realization data of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget
(APBD). The 2018 IKK is one of the main components
used for calculating the General Allocation Fund (DAU) of the fiscal year
2019.
